BRIEF ON HARDENSOFT INTERNATIONAL
Hardensoft International Limited is a Nigerian technology firm committed to availing discerning local clients with relevant proven technology solutions drawing from all available options worldwide.

Hardensoft International Limited in partnership with Renewable Systems And Technologies - RESTEC (USA) patentees of RESTEC WindMills; distribute, install and maintain the United States Patented RESTEC Windmills in the entire African market with plans to locally manufacture in the nearest future under a technology transfer arrangement. Our vision is to promote Sustainable environmental development employing renewable energy technologies to arrest environmental degradations, poverty and migrations cum emigrations.

A BRIEF ON WINDMILL TECHNOLOGY

Windmill Technology is a major part of what is now known and generally referred to as ‘renewable’ or ‘alternative’ energy technology.
The first windmills were developed to automate the tasks of grain-grinding and water-pumping for livelihood, crops and livestock. The earliest-known design is the vertical axis system developed in Persia about 500-900 A.D.
In the near future, wind energy will be the most cost effective source of electrical power. In fact, a good case can be made for saying that it already has achieved this status. By displacing generation from fossil fuels Windmills help reduce the carbon intensity of electricity generation and provide savings in greenhouse gas emissions compared to generation by gas or coal fired plants.

BRIEF ON RESTEC WINDMILLS
RESTEC Mark10 – WATER PUMPING WINDMILLS
Unique features include:
* Low wind speed performance – RESTEC Mark10 Windmills begin cost-effective operation at 6 Km/hr while competing products start at 14.4km/hr
* Wind speeds of 14.4 km/hr occur less than 25% of the time over the earth's surface
* Wind speeds of 6km/hr occur more than 90% of the time over the earth's surface
* Pumps fluids (water/Oil) from depths as deep as 4,000 feet (1,200 Meters)
* Typical Windmills require 24km/hr wind speed to pump from 300feet.
* Can accommodate the use of downhole pumps up to 12inches in diameter, thus pumping more volume of water under the same conditions.
* With the RESTEC, it is possible to pump water to sites as far as 10 miles away. It’s innovative rotating counterbalanced design enables the pump to offset the weight of both the water and the sucker rods, employing a smoother, more powerful stroke.
* Rugged, reliable and virtually maintenance-free
* Capable of being manufactured, installed and serviced by local personnel

BENEFITS OF RESTEC WINDMILLS DEPLOYMENT

The RESTEC WindMill is the world’s most powerful water pumping windmill, capable of pumping more water from any depth and at any wind speed at a lower cost per unit volume of water than any other windmill in the world today. This can further facilitate the following:

* Water Distribution over wider areas and communities, as the windmill can pump water as far as 10miles away.

* Plant and irrigate trees in sufficient mass to wall off encroaching wind erosion and desertification.

* Embark upon large-scale irrigation projects to support agriculture which could encompass the following:

* Animal Husbandry (Small and Large-Scale)
* Fish Farming “ “
* Vegetable Farms “ “
* Fruit Farms “ “
